    ROSHAN MENDIS

    Roshan Mendis is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in safeguarding vulnerable communities, disaster management and organizational development across Asia. His career, deeply rooted in humanitarian work, he has been dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of marginalized and at-risk populations.

    Roshan’s work, driven by a deep passion for holistic development and community care, has earned him national and international recognition. He has presented key reports at the UN, advocated for legal reforms, and developed policies to protect children from abuse and exploitation, demonstrating an enduring commitment to safeguarding and community transformation.

    ESTHER JOHN

    Esther John is a dedicated safeguarding and child protection specialist with extensive experience in developing and implementing safeguarding policies, capacity-building programs, and survivor-centered therapeutic models. With a strong foundation in psycho-social support, she has worked extensively with child survivors of abuse, their families, and institutional care settings to promote emotional healing and resilience.

    Her expertise includes instituional policy development and training, particularly in culturally diverse contexts across Asia. She has contributed to national safeguarding initiatives, including policy forums and alternative reports on child rights. As a consultant, she has designed toolkits in safeguarding and family strengthening.
